[Download] AMD Releases Adrenaline Edition 24.6.1 Drivers with Windows 11 24H2 Support
Microsoft is currently testing Windows 11 version 24H2 in its Preview Channel, and for users with Copilot+PC, this version of Windows 11 24H2 is already considered official. Of course, Microsoft will continue to release updates to fix various bugs.
Today, AMD has launched its adrenaline-pumping (Adrenaline Edition) graphics card driver version 24.6.1. This update brings support for Windows 11 24H2 and enhances game performance while fixing several issues.

The third-person shooter game "The First Descendant," built with Unreal Engine 5, is set to release on July 2, while the open-world survival game "Once Human" is scheduled for a July 10 release. Both games have received support from AMD graphics cards, allowing players to update their drivers in anticipation of the game launches.
Issues Fixed:
- Potential startup failures for "Fallout 3" and "Fallout: New Vegas."
- Improved occasional driver timeouts or crashes while playing "Hell Diver 2" on AMD Radeon™ RX 7900 series GPUs.
- Intermittent update failures of AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition performance metrics while playing "Hell Diver 2."
- Occasional system freezes or FPS drops on some hybrid graphics laptops equipped with FreeSync monitors.
Known Issues:
- Super resolution or display color enhancements may be disabled after driver updates. [Expected to be resolved in version 24.7.1]
- Playing "Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition" with Radeon Boost enabled may result in visual distortions. Users encountering this issue are advised to temporarily disable Radeon™ Boost.
- Intermittent in-game visual distortions in "Ghost of Tsushima DIRECTOR’S CUT" when playing with AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition™ recording & streaming and HDR enabled.
- Intermittent black screen distortions on scaled 3D models when using Origin or OriginPro applications. [Expected to be resolved in version 24.7.1]
- Audio and video may be out of sync when recording with the AV1 codec. [Expected to be resolved in Q3]
