The Developer of Ultra-Streamlined System Tiny11 is Building the Tiny 11 24H2 Edition, Occupying Only 3.54GB of Space After Installation
The developer of the ultra-streamlined systems Tiny10/11, @NTDEV_, is currently working on building the Tiny 11 24H2 edition based on Windows 11 LTSC 2024 (24H2). The developer revealed that the new version can also be used with the Tiny11 ISO Builder.
This builder is provided by the developer for advanced users, allowing them to process Windows 11 image files for customization, including creating ultra-streamlined systems.
The Tiny 11 24H2 edition under development can also be further streamlined, as shown in pictures released by the developer, taking up only 3.54GB of space after installation. This indicates that a significant amount of system components have been removed.
It should be noted that the mentioned 3.54GB of storage space only reflects the substantial content removal from the system. Naturally, the installation of additional software by users will gradually increase the use of system space.
It's important to note that the Tiny 11 series not only removes a lot of redundant content, such as Microsoft Edge and various telemetry services but also runs smoothly on PCs with lower specs. If you have a very old PC, it might be worth giving it a try.
Finally, two reminders:
First, the Tiny 11 24H2 edition by @NTDEV_ has not been released yet, so interested users should continue to wait.
Second, due to the removal of several system pre-installed contents, some games might run abnormally on the ultra-streamlined versions of the Tiny10/11 series. If you are a gamer, Landian.news does not recommend using these ultra-streamlined versions, as there could be various issues affecting your normal gaming experience.
